"Great cabin crew on my flight last week"
I flew with Lufthansa last week, the cabin crew made a big difference. From the time we boarded, they were really friendly and helpful, especially with bags and getting everyone settled. The flight was full, but they stayed calm the whole time and kept checking in on people during the trip. By the time we landed, I remember thinking how much easier they made the whole experience. Really appreciated their attitude.

"A calm little pause before flying"
I stopped by the Lufthansa lounge in Frankfurt before my flight, it was a nice little break in the middle of the usual airport rush. The place was clean, there were enough seats when I arrived, and the food was fine for a quick bite before boarding. I also really appreciated the coffee, sometimes that’s all you need to feel a bit more human while traveling. The staff were friendly, though it did get busier and noisier later on. Still, it gave me a chance to slow down for a bit, which made the whole travel day feel much easier

"Really clean cabin"
Flew Lufthansa last week and the cabin was spotless. Seat, tray table, even the bathroom all looked well kept. Just made the flight feel easier. No complaints

"Surprisingly Smooth, Almost Too Smooth"
I was expecting at least some kind of delay because that always seems to happen, but there weren’t any at all. Everything went through right away, which was great, even though part of me kept waiting for something to go wrong. It felt super efficient, maybe even a little too fast, but I’m definitely not complaining.

"Kept Me Entertained the Whole Flight"
I was really happy with the screen and the movie selection on my flight. I found plenty to watch, and it made the time go by so much faster. It was a nice way to stay entertained the whole trip.

"Fast Check-In, But Don’t Cut It Too Close"
Check-in was quick and my boarding pass came through right away. No issues on my end, but I’d still warn others not to leave it until the last minute, if anything goes wrong, you’ll want that extra time.

"My flight time got changed and I started…"
My flight time got changed and I started worrying that my connection might not work anymore. I don’t remember all the details of what changed, just that I was stressed about missing the next flight. I messaged Lufthansa support and, surprisingly, they got back to me quickly. The person checked my booking, explained what my options were, and fixed it without making me repeat the whole story over and over. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

"Wi-Fi was solid, thankfully"
I was too tired to deal with another flaky travel service, so I was relieved the onboard Wi-Fi just worked. I stayed connected for most of the flight, sent texts, checked email, and did a little browsing without much trouble. No real complaints, which felt like a win

My flight was cancelled last minute, which was super annoying and I definitely panicked for a bit. But weirdly enough, sorting it out on lufthansa.com was easy. I could see the new flight options right away and switched to another one without having to call anyone, thank goodness. The email updates came through quickly too, so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing what was happening. I did arrive later than planned, which was frustrating, but overall it was smooth and kind of impressive? Not the best day ever, obviously, but I’m happy with how Lufthansa handled it.

"Smooth Boarding This Time"
When I got to the gate that morning, I was expecting the usual confusion, but boarding started quickly. Within a few minutes, I was already in line and on my way onto the plane. The staff were relaxed and easygoing, and there weren’t any weird or confusing lines like I’ve dealt with before. From start to finish, it was a really smooth experience.

I had a short connection in Frankfurt, but it went way better than I expected. The signs were easy to follow, and the staff quickly pointed me toward my next gate. I even texted my brother afterward because I was surprised how smoothly it all worked out.

"Refund process was smoother than I expected"
I had to cancel my flight and, by my usual standards, I was expecting the refund process to be a headache. But Lufthansa actually made it really straightforward to submit the request, and the money was back on my card in about a week. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of follow-up emails, which I really appreciated. it worked exactly the way I’d hope a refund should. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Better Than I Expected"
I was mostly paying attention to the main meal, the chicken was better than I thought it would be. It came warm and tasted decent for plane food. I barely focused on the dessert since it was small, but it was okay. The coffee stood out in a not-so-great way and could definitely be improved. Overall though, I’d say it was good for an in-flight meal...

I booked my flight quickly, which surprised me a bit. The pages loaded fine, and finding the baggage info was simple enough. I’m not saying it was amazing or anything, but it did the job without making me frustrated.

I booked a flight on Lufthansa and it did go through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But the site felt slow, and the seat selection part was ridiculous with how confusing it was. The price was clear enough, which I appreciated, but overall it was just okay. Not terrible, not great.

"Surprisingly Comfortable Seat"
I flew with Lufthansa last week the seat was better than I expected. There was enough legroom for me, and the cushion didn’t start feeling hard even after a few hours. I actually managed to sleep a bit too, which almost never happens for me on flights. If this trip is anything to go by, Lufthansa is solid for comfort.

“Just book with delta, air france or klm and save yourself the headache of dealing with Lufthansa. Its definitely worth it to pay slightly more and not screw yourself over if anything goes wrong. These $#*!s also charge for luggage now even though their website says they dont and just about no international flights charges for your 1st 50 pound bag.”
